SEASONAL AND ROTATIONAL BEERS

We offer a variety of seasonal beers depending on the time of the year. Additionally, you’ll find other rotational beers that are experimental and inspirational as our mood determines, such as oak barrel aged and fruit beers. Below is a description of tasty beers that we brew from time to time.

ABBEY SOMEONE

Belgian Dubbel, A blend of Franco Belgian malts and candi sugar provide a tasty foundation for this monkish delight. We’re not sure who Abbey is, but she’s definitely not Normal. 8.8% ABV 22 IBU

ANGRY FALCON

Number 2 in our session IPA series. Each beer in this series showcases an individual hop set against a well-balanced background. In this case, the hop is Falconer’s Flight, 7c’s blend. You may pick up some citrus, fruit and spice. Pull up a chair and perch with the falcon. 5.6% ABV 62 IBU

ARMISTICE AMBER ALE

A bold, courageous take on an American Amber to honor our past and present Armed Forces. Extra hoppy balanced with rich maltiness. Now it’s our turn to serve you 6%

BLACK PEARL

Aged 7 months in Colorado bourbon barrels, our robust porter packs a chewy, roasty punch with a whole bunch of bourbon goodness. The rich complexity is rounded out by a balance of toffee, chocolate and sweet roast flavors. 11.7% ABV 45 IBU limited availablity in 22oz bombers “to go” in the tap room and liquor stores.

BLACKBERRY BETTY

Grab Betty, Bambalam, and take a run through the blackberry patch. Light bodied and spicy with a touch of blackberry. 5.2% ABV 20 IBU

COBBLESTONE PORTER

Somewhere in between a brown ale and a stout we’ve blended the richness of select English dark malts, roasted malts and English hops to make this brew enjoyable, light and easy to drink. 5%

EDWARD’S WEE DEMISE

Strong Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy. Jen’s 28th Grandaddy was Edward, Brother of Robert the Bruce and short time King of Ireland. He was quartered and distributed to the 4 corners of the realm. This beer is waaay better than that. 8.8% ABV 28 IBU

FIFI (The French Wonder Jet)

Saisons are some of the more robust of the farmhouse beers. Brewed in winter for the summer laborers, FiFi is complex; a little spicy, a little tart, and a little bitter- just like an Airbus. ABV 7.3% 31 IBU

FIRESIDE

This Winter Warmer is a great beer for sipping alongside a warm hearth on a cold, snowy, winter’s night. Our Christmas beer is made with local Colorado honey and spices from Savory Spice. Can be served with shortbread or ginger snap cookies for the Big Guy in red. 7.6% ABV 19 IBU

FRIEND OF THE DEVIL

A traditional Schwarzbier (dark German Lager) All the cleanliness you expect from the German lagers. Made with de-bittered dark grains Devil has the color and flavor of a dark beer without the roasty astringency found in big stouts. 5.8% ABV 25 IBU

HEISENBERG GREEN CHILE PALE

A taste of the 505, right out of the Hatch Valley. A pleasing malt base with the right amount of zip. It’s really about that great fire roasted flavor, not the heat! 5.7%

HEY GUY!

The first in our Session IPA series. Each beer in this series will showcase an individual hop, set against a well-balanced background. In this case the hop is Equinox a newer and hard to get variety. The guy who hooked us up shorted us on the weight. Moral of the story, Keep an eye on your guy! ABV 5.6% 65 IBU

IDES OF MARS

Collaboration brew with Tommyknocker Brewery, this Biere de Mars style is rare and nearly forgotten. It’s brewed in late winter with year-end wheat and barley to welcome the spring. Mars is a rich malty beer with a slight wheat tartness that will have you yearning for longer days. 6.4% ABV 19 IBU

LIGHTNIN’ HOPKISS

Our Double IPA showcases a unique balance of citrusy and resiny hop flavors, blended straight out of the Pacific Northwest. Big, bold, and oh so smooth. Named after famed blues guitarist Samuel John “Lightnin’” Hopkins, this DIPA combines music and words into a singular masterpiece of flavor. ABV 9.0% 120 IBU also available in 22oz bombers to go in the tap room and liquor stores

LIL’ DIRTY BLONDE

We’ve pushed the style with this little delight. A bit darker than most blondes, she’s light and fruity and just bit dirty 5.5%

MIDI-CHLORIAN

3rd in our line of session IPA’s- featuring Whole-cone Columbus hops. Despite our biggest hop load ever, this beer is delicately balanced through late addition hops for great flavor and aroma. The force is strong in this one, young Jedi. 5.2% ABV 56 IBU

MUNCHER DUNKEL

This Munich Dunkel is dark, malty, and clean. Dating back to the 1400’s dark lagers are some of the original German beers and the first to be fully regulated under Reinheitsgebot. No gimmicks, nothing fancy, it’s simply Mmm Mmm good bier. 5.3% ABV 22 IBU

NOT YOUR QUELL

Not Your Quell is a marriage of classic Bohemian Czech yeast and traditional malt with New World hops. Falconer’s 7c’s is one of our favorites and is loaded with bright hop flavor- fruity and citrusy with classic Pilsner spiciness. Make no mistake, this is not Urquell. 6.4% ABV 38 IBU

OAK TOOTH

Go back in time with our venerable ESB, Tooth and Ale, aged in oak barrels, just the way it was meant to be. You’ll get all the fruity, malty benefits of an Extra Special Bitter from the old days with the flavor of wooden casks stored in cold English cellars. ABV varies by release

RED BARCHETTA

A dark Irish Red from a better vanished time. Perfectly balanced crystal malts, roasted barley, and the luck o’ the Irish make this a smooth drinker. Grab a mug and enjoy this turbine freight. 5.2% ABV 23 IBU

REPLACEMENT KILLER PUMPKIN ALE

Locavore’s take on the fall classic. All the right spice at the right time. It’s there for you when you need a little ‘wet’ work,  and of course we like to get our spices from Savory Spice Shop in Littleton 6.4%

SISTER CHRISTIAN

Strong Belgian Blonde Ale. Lil’ Dirty’s older sister got a tattoo and hitchhiked across country. Made with local Colorado honey and authentic Trappist yeast. 9.3% ABV 20 IBU also available in 22oz bombers to go in the tap room and liquor stores.

SQUIRREL

A northern English Brown, Squirrel is malty with hints of toffee and toasted nuttiness. Stuff your cheeks and hoard some nuts. 5.2% ABV 32 IBU

THE DUDE

Lightly hopped, this brown ale balances the rich flavors of dark roasted coffee with a splash of milk sugar. It’s the ‘white Russian’ of beers and is almost as sexy as Lebowski himself 5.5%

TOOTH AND ALE ESB

Traditional English style Extra Special Bitter. ESB’s lend to more maltiness than hoppiness. The malt heavy backbone is balanced with hops flavors and fruity esters without actually being bitter 5.5%

TRIPEL LINDY

Take the plunge in our Belgian Tripel! Authentic Trappist yeast provide great complex stone fruit flavors with a hint of bananers making this one dangerous beer to dive into! 10% ABV 39 IBU

ÜBERWEIZEN

A crowd pleasing German hefeweizen with just the right amount of banana esters. It’s the umlaut that makes it good 4.5%

THE VIG

From the Russian term vigorish, “the Vig” or “the juice,” is used to describe the points one pays to loan sharks and bookies. We’re not taking any chances on getting our thumbs cut-off so we’ve added a few points to this barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout. At 9% ABV, there’s a whole lot of juice riding on this bet 9+% ABV 74 IBU

ZEBRA MIDGE

One of our St Patrick’s Day seasonals, this dry stout is roasty, dark, and delicious. It shares it’s name with one of the best wet flies in all of CO, but tastes like victory, not fish. 5.1% ABV 38 IBU
